This specimen was lot 139 in Künker sale 293 (Osnabrück, Germany, July 2017), where it sold for €350 (about US$472 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"BAYERN, HERZOGTUM, SEIT 1623 KURFÜRSTENTUM, Maximilian I. 1598-1651. Reichstaler 1625, München. Sehr schön. (Germany, electorate of Bavaria, Maximilian I, 1598-1651, thaler of 1625, Munich mint. Very fine.)"
This type was struck 1625-26 and is fairly reasonable, being one in a run of very similar Madonna thalers, such as Dav-6069 and Dav-6071A.
