This specimen was lot 802 in Steve Album Auction 55 (Santa Rosa, CA, May 2026), where it sold for $180. The catalog description[1] noted, "AUSTRIA: Joseph II, 1780-1790, AE 1/4 kreuzer, Vienna, 1781, a lovely example, PCGS graded MS63 RB." This type was struck 1781-85, 1790 at A (Vienna, shown here), B (Kremnitz), F (Hall) and S (Schmollnitz) along with half kreuzers (KM 2053) and one kreuzers (KM 2056). This is a common date.
