This specimen was lot 46034 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Oklahoma City, OK, August 2025), where it sold for $168. The catalog description[1] noted, "AUSTRIA. Holy Roman Empire. 15 Kreuzer, 1675. Vienna Mint. Leopold I. NGC MS-62." Fifteen kreuzer were struck at Vienna (shown here), Graz (KM 1279), St. Veit (KM 1211), Hall (KM 1219) and other mints during the reign of Leopold I. This type is recorded for 1660, 1663-64, 1674-76, 1683-85, 1693-96 and is common. One thaler was ninety kreuzer in the late seventeenth century.
