This specimen was lot 1586 in Sincona sale 90 (Zürich, May 2024), where it sold for 10,000 CHF (about US$13,214 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"RDR / ÖSTERREICH, Ferdinand III. 1637-1657. 2 Dukaten 1648, Wien. Münzmeister Johann Conrad Richthausen. Sehr selten. PCGS MS62. (Holy Roman Empire, Ferdinand III, 1637-57, double ducat of 1648, Vienna mint. Very rare, graded PGGS MS-62.)"
This type was struck 1641-57 but is quite a bit most costly than the Prague double ducats of Ferdinand III (Fr-46j).
