This specimen was lot 34428 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, May 2024), where it sold for $1,320. The catalog description[1] noted, "MEXICO. 100 Pesos Kilogram, 2010-Mo. Mexican (Potosi) Mint. NGC PROOF-70 Ultra Cameo. An appealing Kilo honoring the Aztec calendar, with this flawless example being sharply detailed and crisply alluring." The SCWC lists this type for 2010 only but a 2011 exists.
Recorded mintage: 1,500.
Specification: 1000 g, 0.999 fine silver, 110 mm diameter, 32.15 troy oz ASW.
