This specimen was struck at the Mexico City mint in 1833, one of a type struck there 1825-63. Assayer MJ is listed for 1833 only. It is not rare but obtains a slight premium because of the one year assayer.

Recorded mintage: unknown.

Specification: 1.69 g, 0.903 fine silver, .049 troy oz ASW.
