This specimen was lot 5303 in Sincona sale 4 (Zürich, October 2011), where it sold for 350 CHF (about US$466 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"ÖSTERREICH Franz Joseph I. 1848-1916 Dukat 1867, Wien. Vorzüglich-FDC (Austria, Francis Joseph I, 1848-1916, ducat of 1867, Vienna mint. Extremely fine to uncirculated.)"
This type was struck 1867-72 only but is common. Gold ducats were struck throughout Franz Josef's long reign and come in many types. This date is known from Vienna (shown here), Kremnitz and Karlsburg.
Recorded mintage: 595,600t common.
