This specimen was lot 2439 in Sincona sale 51 (Zürich, October 2018), where it sold for 600 CHF (about US$724 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[2] noted,
"I. Kaiserreich. Napoleon I. 1804-1815. 20 Francs 1814 W, Lille. Selten. Vorzüglich. Überdurchschnittliche Erhaltung. (First empire of France, Napoleon I, 1804-15, twenty francs of 1814, Lille mint. Rare, Extremely fine, Extraordinary condition.)"

Specification: 21 mm diameter, 6.45 grams, 0.900 fine gold, edge lettered DIEU PROTEGE LA FRANCE. Designed by Jean-Pierre Droz (1746-1823) and Pierre Joseph Tiolier (1763-1819). This specimen 6.40 g.
Recorded Mintage: 15,539 plus 59,592 of F.517/9 (Louis XVIII)[1].
