This specimen was lot 1308 in Sincona sale 93 (Zürich, October 2024), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted,
"RUSSLAND Kaiserreich und Föderation, Nicholas II. 1894-1917, 5 Kopecks 1911, St. Petersburg Mint, SPB EB. NGC MS66.Überdurchschnittliche Erhaltung, Extraordinary condition."
This type is listed for 1867-1914. The nineteenth century dates are scarce in nice condition but the later dates are common with, of course, the exception of the proofs. In 1914, Russia plunged into World War One, which conflict would lead to the destruction of the regime.
