This specimen was lot 286 in Schulman auction 385 (Amsterdam, July 2025), where it sold for €200 (about US$283 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"ZWOLLE. Stuiver, z.j. (1600), Silver Type II. Gekroond stadswapen tussen waarde I - S. Kz. lang gebloemd kruis met stadswapentje in het hart MONE - NOVA - ARG(E) - (ZWOL). RR. Nette kwaliteit voor dit type. Zeer fraai +. (city of Zwolle, undated stuiver, circa 1600, type II. Obverse: crowned city arms divide the value; reverse: long floriate cross with the city arms in the center. Very rare, above average of the type, choice very fine.)"

This obscure type is attributed to 1599 in the SCWC. Zwolle was part of the Netherlands, which by the end of the sixteenth century had secured de facto independence from Spain and the empire.
