This specimen was lot 704 in Sincona sale 89 (Zürich, May 2024), where it sold for 8,000 CHF (about US$10,571 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"SCHWEIZ Zürich, Stadt und Kanton, Dukat 1720, Zürich. Sehr selten. NGC MS65. Prachtexemplar. Exemplar der Auktion Hess Divo 279, Zürich, April 1999, Los 258. Das durch NGC höchstbewertete Exemplar. (Switzerland, city and canton of Zurich, ducat of 1720, Zurich mint. Very rare, Cabinet piece, Finest certified by NGC.)"
This type was struck without change 1718-67 yet remains scarce.
