This specimen was lot 2036 in Goldberg sale 115 (Los Angeles, February 2020), where it sold for $630. The catalog description[1] noted, "Yemen. 10 Riyals, 1969. Three gazelles. PCGS graded Proof 69 Deep Cameo." Many of these obscure NCLT commemoratives were ignored until recently and many sold at bullion or below.
