This specimen was lot 3426 in Stephen Album sale 38 (Santa Rosa, CA, September 2020), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "WÜRTTEMBERG: Wilhelm I, 1816-1864, BI ½ kreuzer, 1818, one-year type, Fine to VF, R." The second specimen was lot 3581 in Künker sale 440 (Osnabrück, March 2026), where it sold for €260 (about US$358 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[2] noted,

"WÜRTTEMBERG, HERZOGTUM, SEIT 1806 KÖNIGREICH Wilhelm I., 1816-1864. 1/2 Kreuzer 1818. Fast vorzüglich. Exemplar der Auktion Münzhandlung Sonntag 18, Stuttgart 2013, Nr. 1435 (aus der Slg. Otto Kehrer, Ludwigsburg). (kingdom of Württemberg, William I, 1816-64, half kreuzer of 1818. About extremely fine.)"

This one year type is rather scarce like many Württemberger minors. It accompanied a one kreuzer (KM 529), three kreuzer (KM 530), six kreuzer (KM 524), ten kreuzer (KM 531) and twenty kreuzer (KM 532).
