This specimen was lot 43052 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2023), where it sold for $384. The catalog description[1] noted, "NETHERLANDS. Utrecht. Gulden, 1765. NGC MS-64." This type was struck with minor changes 1701-06, 1712-27, 1734-40, 1748-50, 1760-65, 1775-76, 1780-94 and is priced in the SCWC as a fairly common date. Gulden struck prior to 1748 had a plain edge; later dates had reeded edges. One gulden was twenty stuivers. While Holland was the largest and wealthiest part of the United Provinces, now the kingdom of the Netherlands, Utrecht is where the modern mint is located.
