This specimen was lot 30758 in Heritage sale 3037 (New York, January 2015), where it sold for $1,645. The catalog description[1] noted, "Frederick I Mark 1721/19-LC MS63 NGC. Appealing in all respects, with lightly toned, highly lustrous surfaces that present fully-raised features throughout. At present time, this is the only certified example of this over-date type." This silver mark was struck in Sweden 1720-21 for king Frederick. One mark was eight öre.
Recorded mintage: 35,000.
Specification: 10.4 g, 0.694 fine silver.
