This specimen was lot 1672 in Sedwick sale 12 (Winter Park, FL, October 2012), where it sold for $165.20. The catalog description[1] noted, "Cadiz, Spain, bust 4 reales, Ferdinand VII, 1812CJ, narrow bust. 13.5 grams. VF+ with very light toning overlying luster, very bold rims, no problems, one-year type." This type was struck in Madrid 1814-30, in Seville 1818-33 and in Cadiz 1812 only. Tho priced fairly cheaply in the SCWC, this type is very difficult to find at U. S. coin shows.
