This specimen was lot 1132 in Stephen Album sale 30 (Santa Rosa, CA, January 2018), where it sold for $176.25. The catalog description[1] noted, "SAXONY: Friedrich August II, 1836-1854, AR 1/6 thaler, 1851-F, lovely light iridescent toning, NGC graded MS66." This type was struck 1851-52.
Recorded mintage: 228,000.
