This specimen was lot 1470 in Goldberg Sale 146 (Los Angeles, July 2025), where it sold for $156. The catalog description[1] noted, "German States: Saxony. 1/4 Taler, 1632-HI. Johann Georg I. None graded at PCGS. PCGS graded Extremely Fine Detail (Obverse scratch). The Augustana Collection." This type was struck 1626-56 and accompanied a half thaler and single thaler.
