This specimen was lot 1471 in Goldberg Sale 146 (Los Angeles, July 2025), where it sold for $72. The catalog description[1] noted, "German States: Saxony. 1/24 Taler (Groschen), 1633-HI. Dresden. Johann Georg I. PCGS graded MS-61. The Augustana Collection." This type was struck 1614-16, 1619-55. Despite the many years of production, it is not common although this example realized only one quarter of the catalog value.
