This specimen was lot 464 in Sincona sale 84 (Zürich, October 2023), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted,
"RUSSIA Russian Empire and Federation, 3 Kopecks 1882, St. Petersburg Mint, SPB. Very fine-extremely fine. Slightly cleaned."
This is a fairly common date of a type struck 1867-71, 1876-84 and 1891-1914.
Recorded mintage: 4,280,000.
