This specimen was lot 797 in Sincona sale 19 (Zürich, October 2014), where it sold for CHF 225 (about US$282 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted, "20 Kopecks 1866, St. Petersburg Mint, HI. Choice uncirculated." This type of 1860-66 is common.
Recorded mintage: 10,067,000 (both assayers).
