This specimen was lot 1511 in Stacks-Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2015), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "RUSSIA. Ruble, 1725. Peter I (The Great) (1689-1725). PCGS Genuine--Tooled, AU Details Secure Holder. Traces of tooling on reverse. Nice strike, highly lustrous and very attractive." Several types of ruble are listed in the SCWC for 1725 including some for Peter's wife and successor Catherine I; collecting Russian coins is made more confusing by the plethora of competing catalog numbering systems.
