This specimen was lot 709 in Künker sale 263 (Osnabrück, June 2015), where it sold for €260 (about US$336 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"PREUSSEN, KÖNIGREICH Friedrich Wilhelm III. 1797-1840. Taler 1799, A, Berlin. Min. justiert, vorzüglich +. (Germany, kingdom of Prussia, Frederick William III, 1797-1840, thaler of 1799, Berlin mint. Minor adjustment marks, extremely fine or better.)"
This type was issued 1797-1809 at Berlin (shown here), Breslau and Glatz and is common in worn condition.
