This specimen was lot 22386 in Stack's Bowers ANA Auction (Denver, CO, August 2017), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "GERMANY. Prussia. 1/3 Taler, 1800-A. PCGS MS-62 Secure Holder. Good strike, lightly toned with strong underlying luster." This type was struck 1800-09 while Prussia was losing the Napoleonic Wars.
