This specimen was lot 203 in Sincona Auction 99 (Zürich, October 2025), where it sold for 425 CHF (about US$641 including buyers' fees). The catalog description[1] noted, "RUSSLAND Kaiserreich und Föderation, Nicholas I. 1825-1855, 3 Grosze 1840, Warsaw Mint, MW. NGC MS63 BN." This type was struck 1839-41 and is priced very low in the SCWC. Russian coinage for Poland ended in 1850.
Recorded mintage: unknown but a rare date.
