This specimen was lot 34608 in Heritage sale 3082 (New York, January 2020), where it sold for $1,110. The catalog description[1] noted, "Peru: Charles III gold Escudo 1765 LM-JM VF35 NGC, Lima mint." This type was minted in Lima 1763-71. It is probably rarer than similar issues from Mexico City but, as the demand for it is lower, it sells for less.
