This type was minted in 1700 as a sede vacante issue after the death of Innocent XII. The SCWC lists four different giulii for 1700, two sede vacante issues and two Holy Year issues but does not provide photos for any of them. The giulio was ten baiocchi, while the piastra, the Italian equivalent of the German thaler, was 105 baiocchi (3½ testone).
