This specimen was lot 1383 in Künker sale 403 (Osnabrück, March 2024), where it sold for €2,600 (about US$3,412 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"PAPST CLEMENS X., 1670-1676. Die Münzstätte Rom. Testone A II/1671, Rom, auf die Wahl des Papstes Clemens X. am Festtag des Hl. Petrus von Verona. R Feine Patina, vorzüglich. (Papal States, Clement X, 1670-76, on the election of Clement X on the feast day of St. Peter of Verona. Rare, fine patina, extremely fine.)"

Wikipedia comments, "Peter of Verona (1205 – April 6, 1252), also known as Saint Peter Martyr and Saint Peter of Verona, was a 13th-century Italian Catholic priest. He was a Dominican friar and a celebrated preacher. He served as Inquisitor in Lombardy, was killed by an assassin, and was canonized as a Catholic saint 11 months after his death, making this the fastest canonization in history."
