This specimen was lot 2346 in Goldberg sale 106 (Los Angeles, September 2018), where it sold for $54. The catalog description[1] noted, "Pakistan. 100 Rupees, 1976. Tragopan Pheasant. NGC graded Proof 67 Ultra Cameo." This NCLT was accompanied by a 100 rupees (KM 41, Jinnah), 150 rupees (KM 42, gavial) and a gold 3,000 rupees (KM 44, Astor markhor). The Pakistani regime has issued few NCLT's, apparently not appreciating the opportunities for graft and self-dealing available to such issues.

Recorded mintage: 5,120 + 5,837 proofs.

Specification: 28.28 g, 0.925 fine silver, 38.6 mm diameter.
