This specimen was lot 3698 in Stacks-Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2015), where it sold for $376. The catalog description[1] noted, "GERMANY. Nurnberg. 1/2 Ducat, 1700-GFN. NGC Unc Details--Rim Damage. Klippe. Lustrous and attractive." This type was struck starting in 1700 and tho not cheap, is more available than other Nurnberger ducats of the eighteenth century. Fractional ducats including 1/4, 1/8, 1/16 and 1/32 were also issued.
