This specimen was lot 864 in Jean Elsen sale 161 (Brussels, March 2025), where it sold for €300 (about US$391 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"BELGIQUE, Royaume des Pays-Bas, Guillaume Ier (1815-1830), AE 1/2 cent, 1821 B, Bruxelles. Très rare. (kingdom of the Netherlands, William I, 1815-30, copper half cent of 1821, Brussels mint. Very rare, very Fine - Extremely Fine.)"
This type was struck at Utrecht and Brussels (shown here) 1818-37 and is common altho this is a scarce date. When Belgium declared her independence in 1830, the Brussels mint ceased to strike Dutch coins.
