This specimen was lot 1625 in Jean Elsen sale 150 (Brussels, March 2022), where it sold for €300 (about US$398 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"NEDERLAND, Koninkrijk, Willem I (1815-1840), AR 25 cents, 1822, Utrecht. Zeer zeldzaam Deuken aan de rand. Fraai à Zeer Fraai. (kingdom of the Netherlands, William I, 1815-40, silver 25 cents of 1822, Utrecht mint. Very scarce, rim bump, Fine - Very Fine.)"
This 25 cents would be minted in large quantities 1818-19, 1822-30 but this is a rare date, tho not the key.
