This specimen was lot 1333 in Stephen Album sale 43 (Santa Rosa, CA, May 2022), where it sold for $204. The catalog description[1] noted, "KINGDOM OF ITALY: Napoleon I, 1804-1814, AR lira, 1812-B/M, interesting over-mintmark, light peripheral toning, EF, R (Gigante)." This coin was struck in Milan for Napoleon's kingdom of Italy which lasted 1804-1814. The lira, which matched the French franc, was struck in some numbers 1808-14 at Milan, Venice and Bologna.

Specification: 5 g, 0.900 fine silver, 23 mm diameter.
