This specimen was lot 2539 in Sincona sale 80 (Zürich, October 2022), where it sold for 225 CHF (about US$270 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted, "ITALY | Königreich, Napoleone I. 1805-1814. 1 Lira 1811 B, Bologna. Extremely fine." This coin was struck in Milan for Napoleon's kingdom of Italy which lasted 1804-1814. The one lira piece matched the French silver franc and was struck in some numbers 1808-14 at Milan, Venice and Bologna.

Specification: 5 g, 0.900 fine silver, .144 troy oz ASW, lettered edge. This specimen is 4.92 g.
