This specimen was lot 4268 in Sincona sale 67 (Zürich, October 2020), where it sold for 75 CHF (about US$99 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"IRAN | Qajar Dynasty | Ahmad Shâh, 1327-1344 H./1909-1925 AD, Silver coinage. 2 Qiran 1337 H. On the 10th anniversary of enthronement. Bust half left between the words sikke-yi julûs-i - humâyûnî 10 / 13 - 27 on branches, name and title above, the date below, rev. lion and sun above value in wreath. Very fine."
This commemorative accompanied the similar 1000 dinars (KM 1059). The regular issue (KM 1057) was minted AH 1331-1344.
Recorded mintage: 3,503,000.
