This specimen was lot 3328 in Stephen Album sale 39 (Santa Rosa, CA, January 2021), where it sold for $264. The catalog description[1] noted, "IRAN: Ahmad Shah, 1909-1925, AR 5000 dinars, AH1332, bold strike with even toned luster, PCGS graded MS62." This type was struck AH 1331-1344. This denomination was also struck in gold (Fr-85), where it was called a half toman.

Recorded mintage: 3,000,000.

Specification: 23.03 g, 0.900 fine silver.
