Sincona sale 67, lot 4109

This specimen was lot 4109 in Sincona sale 67 (Zürich, October 2020), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted,

"IRAN | Qajar Dynasty | Nâsir al-dîn Shâh, 1264-1313 H./1848-1896 AD, Manually produced silver coinage. 1/2 Qiran 1267 H., Shîrâz (dâr al-'ilm). Titles and name, rev. mint and date. Very fine."

The word qiran is translated as kran in the SCWC. This type was struck AH 1267, 1275, 1276 at many mints.

Specification: 2.49-2.68 g, silver, this specimen 2.65 g.
