This specimen was lot 5731 in Künker sale 354 (Osnabrück, Germany, September 2021), where it sold for €150 (about US$209 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"BRAUNSCHWEIG UND LÜNEBURG, BRAUNSCHWEIG-LÜNEBURG, FÜRSTENTUM, Georg III. 1760-1820. 4 Mariengroschen 1786, Zellerfeld. Prachtexemplar. Herrliche Tönung, vorzüglich-Stempelglanz. Aus der Sammlung eines Ingenieurs. Exemplar der Slg. Dr. Ahlers, Auktion Fritz Rudolf Künker 39, Osnabrück 1997, Nr. 4124. (Germany, duchy of Brunswick-Luneburg-Calenberg-Hannover, George III, 1760-1820, four mariengroschen of 1786, Zellerfeld mint. Choice example, superb toning, extremely fine to uncirculated.)"
