This specimen was lot 47349 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2026), where it sold for $312. The catalog description[1] noted, "GREAT BRITAIN. Crown, 1677/6. London Mint. Charles II. PCGS FINE-15. 'V. NONO' on edge." This type is listed for 1671-80 and is not rare but the price ascends rapidly with grade. The overdate shown here is not awarded any premium in the SCWC.
