This specimen was lot 1680 in Jean Elsen sale 163 (Brussels, November 2025), where it sold for €85 (about US$98 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"GRANDE-BRETAGNE, Token, Gloucestershire, Gloucester, Cu halfpenny, 1797. The Canal Co. D/ SUCCESS TO THE TRADE & COMMERCE Vue de la ville depuis la rivière Severn. À l'ex., OF GLOCESTER R/ GLOCESTER & BERKELEY CANAL Navire voguant à g. À l'ex., ACT OBTAIND. Tranche: PAYABLE AT GLOCESTER. (Great Britain, Gloucestershire, Gloucester, copper half penny token of 1797, the Canal Company. Obverse: view of Gloucester from the river Severn; reverse: ship sailing left, lettered edge. Extremely Fine.)"
