The specimen shown was lot 1325 in Aureo y Calicó sale 232 (Barcelona, March 2011), where it sold for 295 euros (about US$487 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"Carlos IV (1788-1808). 1800. Santiago. AJ. 1 real. Bonito color. Rara. MBC/MBC+. (Charles IV, 1788-1808, one real of 1800, Santiago mint; nice color, rare, choice very fine.)
This type was issued from Santiago 1792-1808 and despite the trifling mintage recorded below, is not considered the key date.
