Steve Album sale 55, lot 3245

This specimen was lot 3245 in Steve Album Auction 55 (Santa Rosa, CA, May 2026), where it sold for $95. The catalog description[1] noted, "CANADA: Elizabeth II, 1952-2022, AR 15 dollars, 2012, Chinese Lunar Year Series - Year of the Dragon, contains 0.788 troy ounce of pure silver, with COA and original Royal Canadian Mint deluxe case of issue, Proof." This series of Lunar New Year commemoratives was struck in round (KM 1183) and scalloped format.

Recorded mintage: 25,216.

Specification: 26.3 g, 0.925 fine silver, 38 mm diameter, scalloped.
