Steve Album sale 55, lot 3246

This specimen was lot 3246 in Steve Album Auction 55 (Santa Rosa, CA, May 2026), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "CANADA: Elizabeth II, 1952-2022, AR 15 dollars, 2012, Chinese Lunar Year Series - Year of the Dragon, contains 0.788 troy ounce of pure silver, with COA and original Royal Canadian Mint deluxe case of issue, Proof." This series of Lunar New Year commemoratives was struck in round (shown here) and scalloped format (KM 1186).

Recorded mintage: 19,644.

Specification: 31.39 g, 0.999 fine silver, 38 mm diameter.
