This specimen was lot 22331 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Chicago, August 2019), where it sold for $40. The catalog description[1] noted, "CANADA. Cent, 1913. Ottawa Mint. PCGS MS-63 Brown Gold Shield. Sharply struck with glossy brown surfaces." This type was struck 1912-20, when Canada reduced the cent to 3.24 grams. This date is common.
