Vorzüglich-Stempelglanz. Aus der Sammlung eines Ingenieurs. Exemplar der Auktion Fritz Rudolf Künker 19, Osnabrück 1991, Nr. 851. (Germany, duchy of Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel, Charles I, 1735-80, two-thirds thaler of 1765, Brunswick mint. Scarce in this quality, choice example, extremely fine to uncirculated.)"

The denomination was retired in 1779 but the equivalent 24 mariengroschen continued until 1834.
