This specimen was lot 537 in Künker sale 293 (Osnabrück, Germany, July 2017), where it sold for €3,600 (about US$4,852 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"BRAUNSCHWEIG UND LÜNEBURG, BRAUNSCHWEIG-WOLFENBÜTTEL, HERZOGTUM Rudolf August, 1666-1685. Löser zu 2 Reichstalern 1679, Zellerfeld. Mit Wertpunze. Preussag Collection (Auktion London Coin Galleries/Künker 1) 95 (dieses Exemplar). Feine Tönung, kleiner Fleck, sehr schön-vorzüglich. Exemplar der Preussag Collection, Part I. Auktion London Coin Galleries/Künker 1, London 2015, Nr. 95. This very rare issue has a matching 1½ thaler (Dav-LS106).
