This specimen was lot 6178 in Künker sale 354 (Osnabrück, Germany, September 2021), where it sold for €130 (about US$181 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"REICHSSILBERMÜNZEN, BAYERN, Otto II. 1886-1913. 2 Mark 1905. Vorzüglich-Stempelglanz/Stempelglanz. (Germany, kingdom of Bavaria, Otto II, 1886-1913, two mark of 1905, extremely fine to uncirculated.)"
This is a common date of a common type struck in 1891-1908, 1912-1913. It superseded the gulden from before unification. The kingdom was abolished with the collapse of the Empire in 1918.
