This specimen was lot 3571 in Künker sale 335 (Osnabrück, Germany, March 2020), where it sold for €80 (about US$105 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"BAYERN, SEIT 1623 KURFÜRSTENTUM, SEIT 1806 KÖNIGREICH: Karl Theodor, 1777-1799. 6 Kreuzer 1798, München. Vorzüglich +. (Germany, electorate of Bavaria, Charles Theodore, 1777-99, six kreuzer of 1798, Munich mint. Extremely fine or better)"

This billon type is listed for 1794-98. Altho it has a face value of 1/15 of a thaler, it has only 1/26 of the amount of silver.

Specification: 2.70 g, 0.333 fine silver, 22 mm diameter, this specimen 2.74 g.
