This specimen was lot 620 in Ponterio sale 182 (New York, January 2014), where it sold for $329. The catalog description[1] noted, "GERMANY. Bavaria. Taler, 1795. NGC MS-62." This type is listed for 1795-99 and is fairly common tho less so than the "Madonna" thalers of the 1760's and 1770's. The other Bavarian thaler of 1795 is Dav-1959.
