This specimen was lot 2048 in SINCONA Auction 97 (Zürich, May 2025), where it sold for 625 CHF (about US$907 including buyers' fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"RDR / ÖSTERREICH, Ferdinand I. 1835-1848. Dukat 1847 B, Kremnitz. Fast vorzüglich. Kleine Kratzer. (empire of Austria, Ferdinand I, 1835-48, ducat of 1847, Kremnitz mint. About Extremely Fine, Small scratches.)"
This type was struck 1837-48 in substantial numbers from Vienna, Kremnitz (shown here), Karlsburg and Venice.
